The story

Why we started.

The job-hunt economy is built around employers. Job boards are paid by them. Recruiters are paid by them. Even most career-coaching services exist on the edges of that same system — pointing applicants at openings, but never actually doing the work.

We watched friends, colleagues, and family send hundreds of applications into a void. CVs that never reached a human. LinkedIn profiles that didn't surface. Interview-worthy candidates ghosted by software that decided they didn't match. The problem wasn't them — it was that every single tool in the search had been designed for the company, not the candidate.

So we flipped it. We built a service paid by the job seeker, end-of-story. No referral fees from companies. No quotas to hit on anyone else's behalf. We rewrite the résumé, rebuild the LinkedIn, and apply to the roles ourselves — quietly, in your name, every single week — until you have offers in hand.
